Section 1 Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through the kulston online shop.

Section 2 Contracting party and conclusion of contract

Your contracting party is Fink & Bruckmair Handels GbR, Closenanger 10, 84307 Eggenfelden, Germany. The shop is operated under the kulston brand.

The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer but an invitation for you to make one. You place items in the cart, enter your details at checkout and submit the order with the “Pay now” button. In doing so you make a binding offer. We confirm receipt by email straight away; this confirmation is not yet an acceptance. The contract is concluded as soon as we dispatch the goods or expressly declare acceptance.

Section 3 Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added in accordance with our Shipping & payment overview.

Section 4 Delivery

We deliver to Germany and to countries within the European Union. The estimated delivery time is shown on every product page and in the Shipping & payment overview. We only make partial deliveries with your agreement, and they do not cause you any additional cost.

Section 5 Payment

You can pay by PayPal, card, Klarna or Apple Pay. Which methods you see depends on your country and your device. The purchase price is due on conclusion of the contract.

Section 6 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

Section 7 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. You will find the details in our right of withdrawal policy.

Section 8 Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies.

Section 9 Contract language and contract text

The contract languages are German and English. We store the contract text: your order details are available in your customer account, and we send the order confirmation by email together with these terms and the right of withdrawal policy. If you order without an account, please keep the confirmation email.
